CNN News Video: Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, And West Palm Beach, Florida - Interview With Alistair Dove (Georgia Aquarium) About Sharks In Water During Spring Break

The following CNN animal news video contains shark images from West Palm Beach And Deerfield Beach, Florida. There are is also some footage from Boca Raton. Sharks have invaded the waters near the beach just during the peak time for spring break. There are as many as tens of thousands of black tip sharks in the water. But there are also some spinner sharks and great whites. Some beaches were closed to be on the safe side.

In this CNN video, which was added to their website on March 8, 2013, you can see an interview with Alistair Dove, who works for the Georgia Aquarium. Alistair is talking about the annual migration of sharks that has resulted in this large number of the fish infesting the waters near some Florida beaches over spring break.

Dove said they are just coming from around North Carolina and are now spending some time in Florida because it is warmer down there. As it warms up and hits spring, the sharks will migrate back up to NC and surrounding areas.
