Victims:
Ronald Lignelli was killed in this crash. He was 61 years old and lived in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland.
Andre Lavar Mackall is 33 years old and lives in Owings, Maryland. He was seriously injured but said to be in stable condition.
Cause:
Police believe that Lignelli veered into the wrong lane of traffic, which caused a collision with Mackall’s vehicle. It is not known why Lignelli lost control.
Criminal Charges:
No criminal charges would generally be expected at this time since Andre Lavar Mackall was driving in the proper lane at the time of the accident.
