Two teens have been killed in a two-vehicle accident near St. Cloud, Florida. The man driving the other vehicle has been charged with drunk driving.

Thursday, February 28, 2013, at about 8 at night
Victims:
1. Rachel Price was a soccer player at Eckerd College. She was 18 years old. Rachel was from West Melbourne, Florida.
2. Jamaree Cook was 19 years old. He was from Palm Bay, Florida, and graduated from Heritage High. Cook was a student at Brevard Community College.
Suspect:
The person suspected of drunk driving in this accident is Randall Kerley. He is 47 years old and lives in St. Cloud. Police believe that Kerley pulled out in front of the car occupied by the victims.
Criminal Charges:
The Florida Today report says that Kerley has been charged with DUI. It is not clear whether he is going to be charged with vehicular manslaughter in this case.
