Land O’ Lakes, Florida Accident News: 1 Pedestrian Killed And Howard F. Creps Injured When Struck By Christopher Bossio’s Car

A pedestrian accident in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, has killed one man and injured another. The driver did stay at the scene.

Where:

U.S. Highway 41, near Hale Road

When:

Friday, March 8, 2013, at about 8:15 at night

Victims:

1. A 61-year-old man was killed. At the time of the report, his name had not been released because his relatives had not been notified. They say this fatally injured victim lived in Land O’ Lakes.

2. Howard F. Creps is 21 years old and lives in Land O’ Lakes. He was struck by the car and injured. Creps was said to be in serious condition after the accident.

Driver:

The person who struck the pedestrians (at the same time) is Christopher Bossio. He is 24 years old and lives in Spring Hill, Florida.

Cause:

Police believe that the man who was killed and Creps were both walking in a crosswalk across U.S. Highway 41. For some reason, Bossio came along and struck these two victims. The reason this happened is still under investigation.

Criminal Charges:

At this time, the driver has not been charged with any crimes.
