The following NBC entertainment video is a segment of the December 13, 2012 episode of Jay Leno’s Tonight Show. It is a skit called “Off The Wall.”
The skit is based on The Tonight Show’s interaction with its Facebook fans, such as answers to questions posed by Jay’s staff or funny posts made by Leno’s Facebook friends.
Jay says people like to post pictures of other people or objects that look like him. The first one that looks like Jay is a Turkish school principal. His name is Kuma, and he sort of looks like Leno.
Hilda, from Lebanon, posted a pic of a Middle Eastern and Jay Leno. This guy really does look like Jay.
The next one is a sculpture of a fountain statue in Italy. It looks a lot like Jay, especially the chin. But it had curly hair. Jay said that was his 80s Jerry-curl phase.
The next pic is a green bell pepper. It is deformed and kind of looks like Jay’s profile.
Mike McGwire sent the next pic in. He is from Philadelphia. It’s a picture of a guy that does not look like Leno. The funny thing is, if you look at the shadow of the guy, it is similar to Leno.
Jay posed a question to his Facebook fans. If you could be one of Santa’s helpers, what would your elf name be? Why?
Sally Windsor said her elf name would be Spanky. Why? Make the naughty list, and you will find out. Jay says someone is reading 50 Shades Of Grey.
Joel Swanson said his elf name would be Shrinky Dink because the North Pole is really cold.
Paul DePascale would be named Guido. He knows who’s been bad and good. But he ain’t saying nothin.
Jason Pense would be Slippery the Elf because he gives Santa his annual prostate exam.
Mark James H would be Smokey because Santa ain’t getting all the milk and cookies. He also wrote “#legalizeweed” in his Facebook post.
