William Levy (a Latin model and actor originally from Cuba) is 2nd in the betting odds, and professional football player Donald Driver (Green Bay Packers) is 3rd. Athletes tend to go very far, so Driver is no surprise.
On the other hand, Martina Navratilova, one of the best female tennis players of all time, is sitting at the very bottom. Tall, lanky girls have never fared well in this contest even if they were good athletes and even if they had decent dancing performances.
