YouTube Video, Ratings, and Statistics For Glee’s Whitney Houston Tribute: I Have Nothing

“I Have Nothing” is the third single from “The Bodyguard” soundtrack. The first single, “I Will Always Love You,” was the biggest single from this hugely successful album. While “I Have Nothing” was less successful, it still hit #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified for sales of 500,000 copies (a gold record). The single was released in 1993. You also have to remember that albums sold really well during this period, while singles did not sell as well and did not have the benefit of iTunes.

Glee does a cover of “I Have Nothing” for its Whitney Houston tribute show of April 24, 2012. After about 24 hours, it has statistics of about 13,000 visitors and user ratings of 584 Likes to 41 Dislikes. That is a fairly high number of Dislikes, but the vocal is certainly not that bad.
