YouTube Video: Performance Of “Under The Boardwalk” On The “Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together” Telethon (Friday, November 2, 2012)

The following YouTube video of the “Under The Boardwalk” performance on the “Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together” special TV event to help East Coast victims of this devastating storm.

“Under The Boardwalk” was recorded by The Drifters in 1964.

This performance was a large collaboration. Jimmy Fallon, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, and Steven Tyler were some of the performers. This performance took place on November 2, 2012, which was 3 to 4 days after Sandy did most of its damage.

NBC had a special telethon on Friday, November 2, 2012. The show started at 8 Eastern time.
