The Untouchables is a kid dancing act. The ages of the kids range from 8 to 13. Some of the members of Season 6′s Miami All Stars coach this dancing troupe and even have a kid in the group.
This group auditioned in Tampa Bay, Florida. The audition was shown on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. You can see a YouTube video of the act below.
The Untouchables is more or less a repeat of Miami All Stars. The latter’s getting to the Top 10 was basically a fluke. They have some talent, but it certainly never blew me away. The Untouchables is just more of the same. Throw in a backflip here. Do a pirouette there. Lift a girl above your shoulders. It’s all so “been there, done that.”
There is always some contingent of voters that like this kind of act. But it has never been enough to get a win. The Untouchables will struggle to make it as far as Miami All Stars, and that is if they are even chosen for the Top 48.
In the first hour or so after its release, the YouTube video containing The Untouchables has a positive user rating of 19 Likes and 3 Dislikes.
