Stepz is a 22-year-old dancer who auditioned in New York city for the 7th season of America’s Got Talent. In my opinion, he completely schooled Turf, who got the royal treatment last week when trying out for AGT in San Francisco. In virtually every common move they did, Stepz was a step above Turf.
You can see the YouTube video of Stepz’ audition below. Unfortunately, the audition became overshadowed by what Howard Stern said about the act. Yes, it is true that this type of act has never won America’s Got Talent and needs to evolve some to be a headlining act in Vegas. But where is that kind of comment from Howard when Turf performed? NO dancer or dancing team has won AGT, so why isn’t Howard having this criticism for every dancing act?
Howard said NO, which is something that editing did not fix. It is obvious that the judges are either told to change their opinions on purpose or told who to vote for and who to send through to the next round. It is inconceivable that Howard thought Turf was spectacular while also thinking Stepz should have no chance. Purely inconceivable.
So far, the YouTube video of Stepz’ NYC audition has pretty good statistics of 37 Likes and 3 Dislikes. The statistics are too early to track at this time because the video went up only about an hour ago.
