Kenichi is the first dancer to win AGT. But he won by creating a show, not just dancing. Kenichi added magic, mime, and interaction with characters on a TV screen. Dancing is just part of his act.

Kenichi thought he would finish in 3rd or 4th place. When he got in the top 2, he was like, “What am I going to do?”

He thought about the million dollars and his life changing before winning. But he tried not to.

Ebina said he has been really busy over the past two weeks because he was putting his routines together.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show YouTube Video For September 11, 2013: Interview And Skit Recreating A Viral Dance Video From Sam Horowitz, The Bar Mitzvah Boy

The following comedy video comes from the Ellen DeGeneres Show. It was uploaded to YouTube on September 11, 2013.

Over the summer, a kid named Sam Horowitz released a video that went viral. The clip was a recording of an entrance he made to his Bar Mitzvah. The entrance had several girls dancing. And then Sam appears and joins in on the dance with the girls. The song they danced to is Jennifer Lopez’s “Dance Again,” featuring Pitbull.

The dance is super cheesy. But I like a lot of viral videos, sometimes a silly thing just takes off and gets millions of hits. More power to him. Hope he makes some money from the deal. If not, at least he made his Bar Mitzvah fun.

CNN Jeanne Moos News Video: Prancercise Lady, Johanna Rohrback, Returns In John Mayer Music Video, “Paper Doll”

The following CNN dance and music news video is a report from Jeanne Moos. At least temporarily, the Prancercise lady, Johanna Rohrback, is back in the spotlight. This time, she is in a John Mayer music video. The song is called “Paper Doll.” This clip was added to the CNN website on June 19, 2013.

LOL at this video. It shows Johanna doing the Prancercise dance down the street while Mayer is singing this “Paper Doll” single. Mayer apparently had clicked some link and found himself watching Johanna’s video of this crazy workout dance. Johanna says her understanding is that John thought that Prancercise went well with the rhythm of this song.

Moos then showed several media reporters and anchorpeople doing the Prancercise on camera, including herself and Today hosts, Al Roker and Natalie Morales.

NBC Today Show Video: Interview With Wade Robson, Who Says Michael Jackson Sexually Abused Him (May 16, 2013)

The following Today show video has an interview with Wade Robson. Wade is a successful dance choreographer. He spent some time around Michael Jackson when he was a kid. Wade defended Michael Jackson for years and even testified during Jackson’s criminal trial that the singer did not sexually abuse him. Now, a few years after Jackson’s death, he has done a 180 and says that Jackson sexually abused him for years. This interview aired on the May 16, 2013 episode of Today.

This is a long piece. You can listen and decide for yourself if Robson, who has now filed as a creditor against Jackson’s estate, is telling the truth now. Bear in mind that he is looking for money as a part of proceedings involving Michael’s estate. Also keep in mind, however, that it is common for children to deny being abused even if they were because of the embarrassment and other feelings that go along with this experience (and other complicated psychological factors).

One other thing to keep in mind is an issue of repressed memories. While there is such a thing as repressed memories, some of these supposedly recovered memories can also be false memories. Even if a person thinks his memory is real after being repressed, it is sometimes an honest mistake. So this is more than an issue of just telling a lie or telling the truth. Even if Robson thinks he is telling the truth now, he could be mistaken – especially if people have screwed with his head in regards to repressed memories.

Note, however, that Robson says this is not about repressed memories. But if that is true, one could argue that he has even less credibility. Why? It’s one thing not to admit that you were abused. But it’s another to, as an adult, go into a court of law and tell a judge and jury in an adamant fashion that you were not abused. In a related note, just because he is saying that it is not repressed memories doesn’t necessarily mean he is telling the truth.

NBC Today Show Dance Video: Performance By Princeton University’s HighSteppers Step Team (May 14, 2013)

The following Today show video has a dance performance from the Princeton University HighSteppers, a step team. This style of dance originated in South Africa. It is or was common among coal miners, who did something called a “gumboot” dance. This video aired on the May 14, 2013 episode of Today. The step-dancing performance was in Rockefeller Plaza.

These Princeton HighSteppers would be rejects on a show like America’s Got Talent. I’m sure I could learn to do exactly what they did. If they can’t do any better than this, just go back to the books and get a high-paying job. Why even spend your time on something that doesn’t even approach a decent high school level talent show dance? Weak. I definitely would have buzzed them if they were on AGT.

Beth come out for her interview and does a dance. She kind of has some moves going on.

They start the interview, and Behrs said she actually used to be in an All-African-American dance troupe when she was a kid (she is white). Beth didn’t get any steps right. But they let her stay in the group because she “felt” the performance.

Beth Behrs talked about going to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. She got to meet President Barack Obama. She then talked about her black dress, which had a long train. And her shoes had rhinestones.

As Beth greeted Obama, she got her dress tangled up in her shoes. She was stuck in place, so she just kept saying “Hi” to the President.

Behrs then talked about the season finale of “2 Broke Girls.” She says there is some kind of twist in this episode, and it is one of her favorites.

Beth is also learning how to play the guitar. She just started but played a little bit of what she has learned.
