The following video is a comedy skit from Jay Leno’s The Tonight Show. It is poking fun at the teenage girl who jumped from an Atlantic City, New Jersey sky ride. The girl jumps when the ride halted during a thunderstorm. This skit is from the July 11, 2012 episode.
The show plays a video of the girl actually jumping and an interview with her. While she is being interviewed from the ground, lightning hits a tree, causing it to fall on her.
It was also comical that Diane Sawyer called it a “what would you do” scenario. LOL. I wouldn’t even think of jumping 35 feet like this idiot teenage girl. That’s for sure. In an interview, the mom said she “trusted” her daughter. Really? How about teaching your daughter some common sense instead of feeding her stupidity, Mom?
