The following crime news video comes from KPRC. It is about a wife who shot and killed her husband. The names of the couple have not yet been released. However, residents of the Pines At Long Point apartment complex, where the shooting took place, said that he was the maintenance man for the apartments. This killing took place on Saturday, August 18, 2012.
The apartment complex is located in northwest Houston, Texas, at 1501 Big Bend. It is not clear from this story or video what the motive or circumstances were that led to this homicide.
While it is true that residents said the husband was a nice man, a lot of people do have two sides to them. What you see in public is not necessarily what goes on in private. Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean the wife has any good defense to this killing. We simply don’t know the facts at this time. The only thing that was stated is that there was some kind of argument.
KPRC determined that the husband who was killed is a father to four children.
The wife is in custody, but it is not clear at this time what charges, if any, she will face for killing her husband.
