How Do You Vote On Duets? (Voting Rules and Procedures)

The Duets Top 5 will perform live on Thursday, June 28, 2012. This marks the beginning of the public voting rounds. The contestant with the lowest number of votes will be eliminated. However, the elimination announcement is made the week after voting since there is no separate Duets results show. This process will continue until there is only one contestant left in the competition. That singer will be the winner of the first season of Duets.

Use the following rules and procedures to vote for your favorite Duets contestant:

1. Phone Voting:

Tune in and watch Duets to get the numbers during the live episode. You can start voting at the end of the broadcast and can continue to vote until 11:59 p.m. Pacific the next day. For example, that would mean 2:59 a.m. on Saturday morning in New York if the live show is on Thursday.

You can vote up to 5 times per phone line.

2. Facebook Voting:

You can also vote up to 5 times with a Facebook account. Note that you must be at least 13 years old. If you are younger, use a parent’s Facebook account.
