The following FOX News video tells the story of a big wedding day for Mesa, Arizona’s Waldie family. The video was uploaded to the FOX News website on August 11, 2012.
This is almost like that old show Eight Is Enough, as the Waldie mom and dad have 8 children. It just so happens that five of them got engaged within a short time of each other. And as planning started, they realized it would just be better to have all 5 weddings on the same day to save people from having to make multiple trips, planning 5 different ceremonies, etc.
The ceremony was held at a Mesa, Arizona Mormon church. There were actually 5 different ceremonies on one long day plus one mega reception for all 5 siblings and their new spouses.
After this, one 17-year-old son will be the only one left in the house with Mama and Papa Waldie.
