Crash Video Files: Oak Harbor, Washington: Teen Twin Sister, Janeah Goheen, Killed In Highway 20 Accident; Janesah Goheen, Alysha Pickler, And Other Driver Injured

One teenage twin girl was killed and her sister and a friend injured in this two-vehicle crash. They were headed for a Halloween party. The other driver was injured. He has been detained but not officially charged at this time.

Victims Killed:

1. Janeah Goheen was 17. She is Janesah’s twin sister.

Victims Injured:

1. Janesah Goheen was seriously injured.

2. Alysha Pickler is 18. She was the friend riding with the twins. Pickler was injured but is expected to survive.

3. The other driver was said to have a broken leg.


Police believe the other vehicle crossed the center line, causing a head-on collision with the car occupied by the Goheen twins and Pickler. It isn’t clear why the other driver lost control of the vehicle. But authorities are doing toxicology testing to determine whether the man was driving drunk.

Criminal Charges?

There are no charges at this time. But if the man was drunk, he might be charged with vehicular homicide in Janeah Goheen’s death and vehicular assault in the case of the other two girls.
