A motorcycle rider has been killed in Denison, Texas. The bike collided with a car. But no one in that car was injured. The victim was riding alone.

Where:

Highway 75, near the exit for Loy Lake

When:

Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at about 1 in the afternoon

Victim:

Benjamin Corbett was 33 years old. He lived in Pottsboro, Texas.

Cause:

Police believe that Corbett hit the back of a car, sending the motorcycle out of control and crashing into a guardrail.

Criminal Charges:

At this point, it doesn’t look like the driver of the car did anything wrong. But a full investigation will be done to determine the relevant facts and circumstances.
