Truck Driver:

Jerry Lynn Cosby is 45 and from Downsville, Louisiana.

Cause:

Cosby had mechanical problems and parked his truck off of the road. He had on his emergency flashers. But he did not put down warning triangles or cones. Despite the truck being completely off the road, Seay veered over to that side and collided with the truck.

Criminal Charges?

Cosby was cited for not using the required warning devices. However, he has not been charged with any crimes in connection with this accident.
