Victims Killed:

1. Gabriela Gomez was 30 years old and lived in St. Helena, California.

Victims Injured:

1. Driver Bobby Recinos is 21 and from Lower Lake, California. He sustained minor injuries. Recinos is also the suspect in this case. Read below for more information.

2. Israel Perez is 32 and from St. Helena. Perez had major injuries but is expected to survive.

3. Olga Rojas is 29 and from Napa. Olga sustained moderate injuries.


Recinos veered off of the road, causing the vehicle to strike a tree. Based on the charges against him, police believe he was driving drunk.

Criminal Charges?

Recinos has been booked on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated due to Gomez’s death. For the other victims, he is charged with causing injury by driving under the influence.
