A teen girl has been killed and two adults injured in a two-vehicle crash occurring near Bowling Green, in Pike County, Missouri. A teen driver with the girl who died was unharmed. The other two victims were Kentucky residents in the other car.
Intersection of Highway 61 And Route AB
Saturday, September 7, 2013, at about 30 minutes after noon time
1. Teen Hannah Buchanan was the girl killed in this crash. She was 15 and lived in Frankford, Missouri.
2. Brendan Weber was the driver in which Hannah Buchanan was the passenger. Weber is 18 and from Bowling Green. He was not injured.
3. Martin Snyder was the other driver. He was injured and taken to the hospital. Martin is 65 and from Cecilia, Kentucky.
4. Passenger Veronica Snyder is Martin’s wife. She was also injured and transported to the hospital. Veronica is 63.
Weber was traveling west and went to turn from Highway 61 to Route AB. Either he didn’t see Snyder or Snyder didn’t see him, or both. And that resulted in Snyder’s car colliding with Weber’s vehicle.
No one has been charged at this time in connection with this accident.
