CNN Crime News Video – Oak Creek, Wisconsin Sikh Temple Shooting: Killer Wade Michael Page Reportedly In White-Power, Neo-nazi Punk Rock Band “End Apathy”

On August 5, 2012, an apparent lone gunman started shooting at people at a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. He killed 6 people, and the shooter is also dead after getting shot by a policeman. 3 people are seriously or critically injured, including the police officer that killed the perpetrator.

The gunman has now been identified as Wade Michael Page, who is an Army veteran. Some people are now saying Wade was a member of a punk rock band that espoused white power and had Neo-Nazi affiliation.

The people saying that the killer was part of this white supremacist punk band were former neighbors in a South Milwaukee apartment building. But Page moved about 3 months ago.

Those former neighbors are describing Wade Michael Page as not particularly sociable, but he was reportedly living with a girlfriend. Page was also regularly seen with a guitar case.

According to the neighbors, this band went by the name “End Apathy.” But it is not clear whether this band actually had any regular gigs in the Milwaukee driver.

The other information is that Page was apparently drove a delivery truck for a living, but it was not clear at the time of this report which company he drove for.
