ABC News Sports Video: “Call Me Maybe” Video From the London 2012 U.S. Olympics Swim Team

The 2012 London Summer Olympics kicked off last night (July 27, 2012) with its Opening Ceremonies. The U.S. swim team is favored to win a whole lot of medals again in London. The video below shows clips of a funny video they made to promote the team for the Olympics. This ABC News sports video originally aired on Good Morning America. It was a Play Of The Day segment.

The swimming team’s video is set to Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe.”

The video shows random shots of the team on a bus, sliding down a water slide, etc.

One of the biggest stories of the London Olympics (at least for the U.S. athletes) will be rivalry between Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte. Phelps is generally considered to be the best swimmer of all time (or at least top 2 or 3), but Lochte has finally started to catch and surpass him lately.
